The big New Years Eve party at Sun and Fun was a great success. I avoided it until 11:30 PM and joined the party stone sober. A wise man said that New Year's Eve is when you get so drunk that you kiss the person you're married to.

I think Oscar Wilde said that New Year resolutions are like checks drawn on bank where you don't have an account.

I sorted through 6,000 2011 pix today and pulled out  36 that I liked the most. Often it's not the composition, it's the memory...
